1. Scope
1.1 This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Blitz-Strike website and within the Blitz-Strike game, including virtual currency and virtual items (collectively, “Digital Content”).
1.2 This Policy is designed in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015).
2. Digital Content and Immediate Supply
2.1 Our Digital Content is typically supplied immediately after a successful payment (“Pay‑In”). Access may be provided through in‑game crediting, unlocking content, or providing download/access links.
2.2 For UK/EU consumers: if you request or enable immediate delivery of Digital Content, you expressly acknowledge that supply begins immediately and you lose the statutory 14‑day cancellation right from the point delivery starts, per CCR 2013.
2.3 If you do not agree to immediate delivery and the associated loss of the cancellation right, do not complete the checkout.
3. Prices, Currencies and Taxes
3.1 Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, AUD, and CAD. Your payment provider may charge conversion fees or apply exchange rates outside our control.
3.2 Taxes (including VAT) may be included or added at checkout depending on your location and applicable rules; the final price is shown prior to purchase.
4. When Refunds May Be Granted
Subject to applicable law, we may grant a refund in the following situations:
4.1 Duplicate Purchase: You made an accidental duplicate purchase of the same Digital Content and one instance remains unused.
4.2 Technical Defect Preventing Access: A verifiable technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing or using the purchased Digital Content and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time after you contact us.
4.3 Mis‑described Listing: The Digital Content materially differs from its description at purchase in a way that affects usability.
4.4 Failed Delivery: The Digital Content was not delivered/credited to your account within a reasonable time after successful payment, and you cooperated with requested troubleshooting steps.
5. When Refunds Are Not Available
5.1 Change of Mind: Once delivery of Digital Content has begun, refunds are generally not available for change‑of‑mind.
5.2 Consumed/Used Digital Content: If virtual currency has been spent or virtual items have been used/consumed/applied, refunds are not available for those amounts/items.
5.3 Promotional/Bonus Items: Complimentary, promotional, or bonus items/credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
5.4 Incompatibility With Device/Environment: We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware, browsers, or network environments. Please ensure your setup meets any stated requirements before purchasing.
5.5 Breach or Misuse: Refunds are not available where your account is suspended/terminated due to violations of our Terms (e.g., fraud, chargebacks, exploitation, or prohibited conduct).
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Contact us at info@blitz-strike.com within 14 days of purchase (or within any longer statutory period that applies in your country) and provide:
• Order ID and date;
• Email address used for purchase;
• Platform/account identifier (if applicable);
• Detailed description of the issue;
• Any relevant screenshots, error messages, or logs.
6.2 We may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps. If we cannot verify the purchase or the issue, we may be unable to provide a refund.
7. Evaluation and Decision Timeframes
7.1 We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days of receiving complete information. Complex cases may take longer where permitted by law.
7.2 If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing times depend on your payment provider; allow up to 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
8. Currency, Fees and Adjustments
8.1 Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency (USD, EUR, AUD or CAD). Any exchange rate differences or fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
8.2 If a chargeback is filed, we may remove or reduce corresponding virtual currency/items from your account and may restrict future purchases while the dispute is investigated.
9. Children and Unauthorised Purchases
9.1 If a purchase was made by a minor without appropriate permission, the parent/guardian should contact us promptly at info@blitz-strike.com. We will assess the circumstances and account usage before making a decision.
9.2 To help avoid unauthorised purchases, use device‑level purchase controls and do not share account credentials.
10. Service Availability and Outages
10.1 Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or platform changes may affect access to Digital Content. We use reasonable efforts to restore service but such events generally do not qualify for refunds unless required by law.
11. Your Legal Rights
11.1 Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights. If Digital Content we provide damages your device or digital content due to our failure to use reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to repair or compensation under applicable law (e.g., CRA 2015).

12.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
